Valsteam Adca provides a complete range of steam traps using different materials, from DN15 to DN 150, designed for pressure up to 80 bar and flow rates of over 100,000 Kgs/h.
Thermodynamic steam traps are compact and lightweight-easy to install traps, excellent for high pressure systems, including steam tracing applications.
Float and thermostatic steam traps series are designed for all types of low and high pressure steam heating and process equipment.
TH and TSS Series
Thermostatic steam traps and air eliminators are specifically designed for use on process equipment such as kettle cookers, sterilizers, food, chemical and laundry equipment.
BS, BSS and BM Series
All stainless steel bimetallic steam traps and air eliminators are simple and robust traps, specially suited for instrument tracing, line tracing applications and where condensate sensible heat can be recover. It is specially recommended as air eliminator.
IB and IBB Series
Inverted bucket steam traps are recommended for all services where the most important requirements are overall operating efficiency and long, trouble-free service life.
CDV 32 Condensate drain valve automatically drains condensate from steam systems during start-up. A compression spring inside the governor keeps the valve open if the appliance stays without pressure.
Pressure Reducing Valves
Pressure reducing valves are essential components for the majority of fluid distribution systems. Valsteam Adca provides you with a wide range of options, varying from the simplest direct action valve to the more sophisticated pilot operated valve, in different types of construction.
Stainless steel-direct acting pressure reducing valves. They are suitable for reducing steam pressure at the point of use on laundry machines, dyeing, food industries, sterilizers, etc. Connections are female screwed or flanged.
RP, P and RPV Series
Pressure reducing valves (threaded). They are particularly suitable for reducing steam pressure in all energy and process systems where pressures should be kept constant.
Pilot operated pressure reducing valves are designed for use on steam, compressed air, nitrogen and other gases compatible with the construction and they can be installed on pressure reducing stations throughout all industries.
The ADCA PRV300 series direct acting, spring-loaded diaphragm sensing, balanced plug pressure reducing valves, are designed for use on compressed air, water and other gases or liquids compatible with the materials of construction.
In general these valves maintains the upstream pressure under control. They are suitable for pressure sustaining applications where small loads are involved.
Adcatrol valves offer a wide range of solutions for controlling temperature, level, pressure and humidity. Adcatrol valves can be offered with electric or pneumatic actuators including positioners, transmitters, limit switches, amongst many other options.
PA205-PA435 and PA45
Pneumatic multi-spring linear actuators PA series for modulating and open-close duty of control and process technology to operate control valves.
Universally usable actuators due to control via 3-point-step controllers, analogue input signals (0…10 V, 0 (4)…20 mA) or fieldbus systems.
The actuators are in enclosure protection IP 54 and are designed for rugged industrial use.

Controllers is used to measure the conductivity (TDS) of the superheated water of boilers or condensate.
The system measures the conductivity of the water based on the type of steam generator. When it exceeds a predefined value, drives the blow-down valve by ON/OFF or time proportional control with the purpose of maintaining the water in an optimum TDS value.
The blowdown valves were specially designed for application on steam boilers removing the concentrations of solids avoiding boiler damages, unstable water level control and other typical problems.
The Adcatrol VPC series control valves are specially designed for the blowdown of steam boilers in order to control the TDS concentration in combination with a TDS controller (BCS) and probe (SPS series).

PPV 25I/16 and PV 16
The on-off valves are single seated, two-way body constructed with in-line straight connections.
Air filter regulators are used to remove both solid and liquid impurities from the air and to regulate the output pressure to the required value for general purpose pneumatic systems.
The PAV series angle seat interception valves are designed for steam, gas and other fluids used on the process industry and they are the effective response to fluid interception when flexibility and cost is requested.
